typo in license exception text?

Hi!

Original OCaml project had a typo in their LGPL exception, which they corrected here: ocaml/ocaml@2d26308#diff-9879d6db96fd29134fc802214163b95a

It looks like js_of_ocaml's LGPL exception text contains the same error. Reference to Clause 3 does not make sense, but changing to Clause 2 would. Can you investigate?

I am happy to open PRs to fix in this repo and others, if that would be helpful.

Something else I noticed in LICENSE.
Line 12 refers to "the GNU Lesser General Public License version 2 (included below)"
However, the license text starting at line 29 is for Version 2.1
