[BUG]: IssuesEvent deserialization fails when action=typed

What happened?

GitHub added a new feature to add a "type" to issues. The "action" value is set to "typed" in these events, but the library fails to deserialize it. If I change the same json to have an action value of "opened", it can deserialize it fine.
