opam-repository-mingw doesn't package OCaml 5 #208
Description
Some code needs to be reverted when OCaml > 4.14.0 becomes available in the default opam-repository for the Windows images. It can be found here in src/conf.ml, and in ocaml-dockerfile (ocurrent/ocaml-dockerfile@45a7508). Reverting is trivial.
