Branch protection for main branch

@caviri We should check how to best project the branch. Do we do only pull-requests? Validation? Can you check the options for protection and then we should decide.

Hello @jugdemon, I implemented the protection for the public repositories. However, the private repos will require an update of the Github Organization.
