Update tests to use more recent versions of kubo

This issue is to consolidate #862, #861, #858, #852, and #850, which related to updating ipwb's test with versions of kubo 0.32 onward. See the respective issues for reason while incrementing the versioning was not straightforward.

#851 is the original failed PR.
