Codemeta output has small issues

I see:

• "applicationCategory": "SoftwareSourceCode",, but that's not the applicationCategory, it's the @type. This is correct later in the file: "@type": "SoftwareSourceCode"
• There is also:

"codemeta:contIntegration": {
        "@id": "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sunpy/sunpy/main/.github/workflows/label_sync.yml"
    },
    "continuousIntegration": "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sunpy/sunpy/main/.github/workflows/label_sync.yml",

This looks redundant, it should only be the second one
