Gitlab support

RSFC needs to also be run in Gitlab repos.
Somef supports this, but I don't know if all other checks are supported.

RSFC already supports Gitlab, although it's true that it should be tested on Gitlab repos more often

Do all the checks support gitlab? For some I remember you said you use the github api exclusively.

All checks support Gitlab, yes. The harvester I have uses the according API based on the repo_url. But still, I should test them some more
