Numbered Equation - Can lose ability to edit math

To reproduce

• Drag a numbered equation to the editor
• Click to edit the math
• Click out of the equation box which causes the math dialog to close
• There is no way to reopen the math dialog

You can reopen it if you click the exact center of the dialog, I think (it's invisible). But yeah, it's bad.
