Image Editing - Add recommended sizes

Users are frequently reporting that they are uploading images that are too large for the editor and it goes off the page or scrolling becomes enabled. We should add text that tells the user the images should be no wider than 900 pixels. The other choice is to resize it ourselves and offer small, medium and large sizes.
