Make a queue system for consumption resources

It should be because while install a package, same time try to update or send a new installation to pamac etc.

I was working on it last a few days. I prepared UI. When root privilege is needed, pkexec is run. If the queue has many items, it shows a password dialog for each process. That is not acceptable. I will search for a solution but may not be easy because of security problems. I want to make a progress list like google play but I have to postpone it for now.
