Please provide a short description of the session and what you hope to achieve.	Our communities and SIGs are essential to the success of this meeting and significant enablers of our research. In this panel I will introduce a professional Research Community Management framework for building sustainability into our communities, and invite leaders of OHBM SIGs and BIDS to share and reflect on their experience of growing and sustaining their work. This sharing will enable these community leaders to learn from each other and attendees to understand the impact of their participation.
