Create a Generic Component, that would render Relative Dates (Since 5 days, Since 2 years etc) And on Hover show the absolute date that has been stored.

The Generic Component should be used in the Symptoms & Diagnosis Tables in the Patient Encounter/Overview Tab

Similar to how Github shows dates
