Regression bug when GenericS3 is enabled.

Current Behavior ❌

genericS3: getting object s3://.../.command.sh: failed to download and decrypt object:
  rename /opt/funnel/funnel-work-dir/...part.minio /opt/funnel/funnel-work-dir/<TASK ID>/work/.command.sh:
  function not implemented

Expected Behavior ✅

Funnel downloads the S3 object (.command.sh) successfully
