increased validation of cot_cascade() to recognize referenced date that is not within the specified quarter
updated deduplication in cot_cascade() to capture all indicators
arranged outputs in ascending order
expanded art_duration argument to disaggregate() to include 6-12months and 1+ years
upgraded the tx_rtt() to utilize single data source, when an older one is not supplied
