Improve source editor UX

Problem

The Source Editor displays images as base 64 (e.g. data:image/jpeg;base64). This means the user will need to scroll "forever" for each image in a comment or article they are attempting to edit.

Solution

Source Editor should display images in a more user-friendly format, regardless of how images are stored or encoded on the backend.
