Staff code annotations do not save on source files whose names contain spaces

The OkPy admin interface allows one to leave annotations regardless of the filename, but if it contains spaces, refreshing the page reveals that they have not saved. Tested without the use of grading queues by opening the assignment, then Detailed Stats, and clicking a submission hash. Have only observed with .java files, but have no reason to believe it is specific to these.
