Hi, I will like Okta.AspNetCore assembly to be strongly-named assembly like Okta.AspNet

Error CS8002 Referenced assembly 'Okta.AspNetCore, Version=4.4.2.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' does not have a strong name.

An issue was raised and fixed to make Okta.AspNet strongly-named
