Add .Net 10 support

Describe the feature request?

My company wants to add Okta OpenID auth to our Blazor server side application. It already has Azure Auth/Windows Auth/ and Certificate Auth. The app is also soon to upgrade to .net 10. It would be great if you could add .net 10 support
(BONUS - upgrade your blazor sample to use .net 10 as well ;-) )
