Play Store Warning - Not Uploaded debug symbols

Describe the bug?

I am getting warning on play store console while uploading aab file due to ndk code added via OKTA bom 2.0.2 sdk and the file name is libsqlcipher.so and it shows dependendecies graph under

com.okta.kotlin:auth-foundation -> 2.0.2
net.zetetic:sqlcipher-android:4.6.0

What is expected to happen?

Ideally third party native debug symbol file should be included into sdk so that warning do't come while uploading aab file on google play console.

What is the actual behavior?

It shows warning on google play console as attachment .

Reproduction Steps?

It shown up while uploading new release aab prod file(with okta bom 2.0.2 SDK) on google play console
