Add oktaIdpOrgUrl to Identity Providers API

Describe the feature request?

When creating an Identity Provider with the type of OKTA_INTEGRATION, the API expects the protocol.oktaIdpOrgUrl property to be populated. But this property is not exposed via the SDK.
