OAuth client secret authentication for API service integrations #817

Describe the feature request?
It has already been discussed in #664 that because of security best practices, you do not support the client secret authentication in the SDK.
This is problematic, as API service integrations do not seem to support private key authentication, making the Okta Management .NET SDK unusable when developing such apps:
What is the solution to this issue, please? Thank you.
