List apps only brings OIDC apps #1654

Describe the bug?
I am using the latest sdk version, using private key with oauth 2.0. When I do list apps , not seeing any SAML apps, only oidc signon mode apps gets returned.
What is expected to happen?
All apps
What is the actual behavior?
Only OIDC apps gets returned

execute listApps with oauth 2.0 with private key
