Unable to setup Vouch proxy with Nginx

Goal is to achieve single sign on with Okta. I have two docker containers running - Spring boot for backend and angular docker for front end. I used Nginx for reverse_proxy and securing the app. With this architecture I could not achieve Single sign on for OIDC type. Then I came across this https://developer.okta.com/blog/2018/08/28/nginx-auth-request and tried this. Vouch redirect is not sending to the login page.

Any help will be deeply appreciated !!
