I encountered the error mentioned in the title while experimenting with the notebook for CellPose training using the UNI encoder. Could it be that MulticlassJaccardIndex has been updated or changed?

Hello! Thanks for spotting that error. It's most likely that the MulticlassJaccardIndex has been updated in the torchmetrics package. I'll fix this in the notebook in the near future
