Install fails with Python 3.12+ because of PyTorch dependency

I tried to install the latest release and got the following error:

pip install cellseg-models-pytorch==0.1.25

It seems that PyTorch version in requirements is the problem:

pip install torch==2.1.1

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch==2.1.1 (from versions: 2.2.0, 2.2.1, 2.2.2, 2.3.0, 2.3.1, 2.4.0, 2.4.1, 2.5.0, 2.5.1)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for torch==2.1.1

Here are my system info if needed:

python -V                                                                                                         
# Python 3.12.7

Hi,

Thank you for the heads up. I will take a look at this shortly. In the mean time, it might help if you create an environment that uses python version 3.10 or 3.11.
