Microsoft Store download doesn't work

The app shows up in the Microsoft Store but can not be downloaded.
I am aware that this may not be directly related to you but I suspect that it may be blocked by Microsoft due to some policy or copyright issues.

Can someone confirm that they are able to download from the store (not redownload or update)?
