Yt-dlg won't open in Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

Bug report

If the problem occurs when downloading a URL please provide the full verbose output as follows:

1. Restart yt-dlg
2. Go to Options > Extra tab
3. Enable Debug youtube-dl
4. Go to Options > Advanced tab and Clear your log content
5. Try to download the URL
6. Copy the whole log content and insert it between the ``` part below

What operating system do you use ?

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

List of actions to perform to reproduce the problem:

1. Open yt-dlg.
2. Close first error dialog box.
3. Close second error dialog box.

What is the expected behaviour ?

Yt-dlg should open normally.

What happens instead ?

Yt-dlg displays an error dialog box, and then another error dialog box after the first error dialog box is closed, and doesn't open yt-dlg at all.

The first error dialog box says, "yt-dlg.exe - System Error, The program can't start because api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.".

The second error dialog box says, "Fatal error detected, Error loading Python DLL 'C:\Program Files\Internet\Oleksis Fraga\yt-dlg\yt-dlg\python310.dll'. LoadLibrary: The specified module could not be found.".
