Split direction depening on window ratio

If a split should be horizontal or vertical should optionally depend on the ration of the current window.

if width > height * 2 then
      window.layout = 'vertical'
  else
      window.layout = 'horizontal'
  end

I think this is a valid suggestion but not something I want to include in the plugin as it's an opinion on how the Neovim UI should react - something I'm trying to move CodeCompanion away from.

However, I'm open to a PR that enables users to achieve this in their own config.
