Add MAC OS X installation file

When releasing new versions, please generate also a MAC OS X installation file (.dmg) like you did in version 0.16.1 and earlier versions.

I'm not a programmer and dont know how to build/run the app from source code.

This is unfortunately easier said than done while Apple is heavily restricting people from other operating systems to export to their platform, restricting usage of VMs with their operating system and making it additionally difficult to install, test and run software which is not going through their own app store.

If Mac users get the build CI working and are able to test builds, I can definitely publish that. But it's bound to a lot of conditions. So I can't make promises that it will definitely happen.
