[BUG] MaxIdleDuration param not working

Please check following config

ReplicaCount >= 2
ClusterMemberCount >= 2
MaxIdleDuration = 60 sec

Steps:

• Insert "foo" key
• Wait for MaxIdleDuration + some few sec (do not perform any action on key)
• try to fetch "foo"

Observation: I am still able to get "foo" key from the cache.
Expected: key not be present in cache after MaxIdleDuration

I dug little bit; It seems key is getting removed from primary after MaxIdleDuration but it is failed to remove from backupNode

Looked at code and found root cause: #279

Part.Map returns dmap name with "dmap." prefix. if we dont trim it, on backup node we get wrong dmapName, hKey, fragmentName

Please check above PR and let me know
