Animated border not working from 5.1.11

Describe the bug
Animated border was working till 5.1.9, from version 5.1.11 not working, tried them all.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: MacOs, Windows
• Browser: Chrome, Safari
• Metro Version from 5.1.11
