Optional Default Apps

It'd be nice if we can have an option whether to install the default apps or not, for example prior install, the users can be presented with a screen

I understand why these are added (the project belongs to DHH/Basecamp), however, if Omarchy should be for everybody* maybe users should be able to select.

this is exactly what I was looking for, sort of an Express ISO.

and if we then replace chromium with Firefox this Express ISO would be perfect :D
