Needs a way to configure HTTP proxy settings

Omarchy isn't usable on corporate networks that require the use of HTTP proxies. There's no obvious way to set proxies, they aren't auto-discovered and Chromium's proxy settings feature just goes to a page that apologizes and tells the user to figure it out themselves.

So this would require at minimum:

1. A new / extended networking settings UI.
2. Ideally, proxy autoconfiguration probes (e.g. http://wpad/wpad.dat).
3. Chromium to be patched to launch the correct platform UI at the correct time.
4. Propagation of settings to other important apps like anything running in the terminal, GTK apps, Qt apps, etc.

Is it possible to do proxies better than other operating systems? I think it might be! Some ideas:

• Force a fallback in Chromium from HTTPS to HTTP if a certain SSL cert is seen, as some corp proxies try to serve error or unblock request pages over HTTPS and fail because the root cert isn't valid.
• Redirect all apps by default to a local HTTP proxy that's always-on. This local proxy can then add useful features, like:
  • switching traffic transparently as the user roams on/off corporate networks without apps needing to all listen to reconfiguration events (awkward in the case of terminal apps).
  • measuring network traffic by hostname
  • tracking what connections come from what apps
• Same idea but add a local intercepting HTTPS proxy with the cert created and added to the local root store, which can add other useful features like transparent caching, content rewriting, history search, agents that can see and take over your current web sessions and so on.
