只能使用dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-better-sidebar@latest才能升级

这是 deepseek harness 的 pnpm 的版本范围语义导致的，并不是 dsh-better-sidebar 本身的更新逻辑问题。

dsh plugin --profile web <args...> 实际上会将参数直接转发给 pnpm，因此 dsh plugin --profile web update 等价于 pnpm update，默认只会在 package.json 已声明的版本范围内升级。像 0.16.x → 0.17.x 这种升级可能超出原有 semver range，因此不会发生。

那么，需要升级到 latest 时只能使用：dsh plugin --profile web update --latest dsh-better-sidebar 或 dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-better-sidebar@latest。
