Batch-edit "Value visibility" option

On the batch-edit screen, the bottom-most options are collapsed by default:

But the "visibility" option is always expanded. I'm occasionally mis-clicking on the "visibility" dropdown when I am trying to work with the "Convert data type" option.

I'm wondering if we can have "visibility" also collapsed into a button by default, which would be a bit more consistent. @jimsafley
