Provide an Option to change the Animation Speed

Currently the code uses 1.25 seconds for Animation Speed for Shimmer Effect.

It appears little slow. Please provide an option to customise this. This would enable apps to use different speeds based on their need.

I have added a PR to customize animation speed. Hope @omerfarukozturk approve it.
