Android app distribution?

Hi, I would like to know where I can download the latest version of Android app. To clarify, the last version of GitHub release still works for me, but it's a relatively older version compared to the latest commit here. I am just wondering if I can find somewhere to download and receive future updates. If not, I suppose I have to build it myself someday. Thank you for all your great work!
