Ability to perform curl requests in the docs

Description

Having the ability to perform curl requests from the documentation would be a great way to test out endpoints (they would be hitting the latest testnet instance). Specifically on this page.

I'm not sure if this is possible in GitBook, I'm guessing we can open up a JS block in Markdown and have it query-able that way.

Let me know if you think a feature like this makes sense, I'd gladly try to open a PR for it 👀

I don't think its possible to perform actual (curl, or fetch) request in gitbook, so maybe we can open up a JS block as you said, or publish a (POSTMAN) docs to provide more detailed information.
