MDE issues in Django Admin

Hi 👋
I've two issues with the SimpleMDEField in my Django Admin.

The input field of the block is not displayed below the styling (bold, italic...) section, instead it's displayed by the side of it.

And I use the SimpleMDEField in Inline classes, I've noticed that when I add multiple inline instances, the SimpleMDEField of the new instance is locked till I save the instance.

And last, in my newer version the styling buttons became white. When switching to dark mode, they're still not visible.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? If so, I plan to investigate and open a PR. If anyone has found a solution or workaround, please share.

Just tried it on Django Admin and saw the same issue (input field is on the right-hand side). Any fixes on this?
Step to recreate the issue.

1. Setup and run the testproject in the django-simplemde at https://github.com/onepill/django-simplemde/tree/master/testproject
2. if you got to the root directory, it works fine http://127.0.0.1:8000/
3. If you got to admin page, it is not displaying correctly. http://127.0.0.1:8000/admin

I also came across this problem. It is caused by Django's <div class="flex-container">. Django uses flexbox to put the content label to the left of the textarea. But this style is also applied to the DIVs added when using MDE. (MDE adds a div for the editor toolbar, text area and editor status bar)

I fixed this by using a custom template for the field that included CSS to change flexbox into a block. (my field is named content_markdown)

I am not using django-simplemde for my project. But would be happy to work on a pull request to fix this for your library if that would be helpful :)
