Onepub emails not coming through correctly

Hey, this seems to be the place to contact you, so I just want to say - Are you aware that your emails don't show up properly? At least for me using the regular apple mail app, it only shows the onepub logo and no text whatsoever. Is is quite frustrating to not see the content of these emails!

Would be nice to have this fixed...I got an email today about an upcoming planned outage but am unable to see any further info actually in the email about specific times, etc.

Jason, the team thinks they may have found the issue, a DPI setting on the image that makes the mac do funky things. I've just sent you a test email with the logo. Can you open it and check that the logo is displaying correctly and let me know the result? Ta, Brett

Thanks, I got the email. It just has the logo picture and no text content, as shown in the screenshot below. It's the same whether I open it in my mac desktop mail client or on my iphone.

Jason, we have just finished the planned maintenance which included a second attempt at fixing your mac/logo issue. You should have received an email saying the maintenance is complete and hopefully the logo is only small ! Let me know. Brett

Thanks, I got the email, but there's still no text in the email? Is there supposed to be any content in the email besides the logo?

So the image is now the correct size, so that is progress. Yes there is meant to be text in the email, we had assumed it was just being cover by the image. I will let the team know and see what we can do this week Appreciate your help and patience with this one. Brett.

we have just pushed a new deployment with a possible fix for text not appearing in your emails.

You should have received an test email from the system.

Can you check and revert.

just an update, we are in the process of procuring a mac so we can reproduce the problem in house. This could take a little while, Accounts doesn't move that fast :<
