Add quantity column to the Download History table

OnePub licenses include a (per month) download limit depending on plan.

There is currently no way for a user to track to total downloads.

The aim of this issue is to update the download history screen so that it provides:

1. a quantity per downloaded item.
2. a month to date download quantity

Additionally, we should look at offering a download notification/warning at 80%.

Is there any update on this?
This is needed for monitoring the usage and changing plan accordingly.

no there hasn't been any movement on this.

We have an update in the pipeline, I will try and get this issue pushed in.
