can't use wmic as of Windows 24H2

Hello,

As of Windows 24H2, WMIC has been deprecated and no longer installed by default. Microsoft recommends using powershell instead.

Right now, the windows implementation of your package relies upon wmic and fails to return valid data on 24H2.

I'm having to change some of my code to use powershell instead also but it would be great to get an update to your package which uses powershell.
