checkPyTree level=9 does not accept Negative NFace index

Hi Cassiopee team,

This message to point out that Internal checkPyTree function used with level=9 does not accept negative values of the ElementConnectivity node.

However, as shown in cgns documentation here: https://cgns.github.io/standard/SIDS/grid.html#example-ngon-n-and-nface-n-element-types

ElementConnectivity may (and even should) accept negative indices, hence indicating the normal direction.

We should be able to accept negative face value soon. Then we will suppress it in checkPyTree.
