Dependencies not fully installed with Conda

When installed through conda install conda-forge::femtoscope, libraries in the requirements tree like pytest and jax need to be installed "manually".

Thank you for reporting this.

• pytest is "development dependency", not a "runtime dependency" per se. That's why it is not bundled when installing the package via pip or conda — and I think things should remain like this. The FileNotFoundError you report is now properly handled in run_test.py (see commit 5a9b2c1). I also updated the main README.md file accordingly.
• The jax warning occurs because module sfepy.terms.terms_jax gets imported, which itself tries to import jax. Since femtoscope does not make use of jax-based terms, I would simply ignore the warning. Therefore, I would argue that this issue lies more with Sfepy than with femtoscope.
