Deployment Tx Does Not Log to Console #817

Describe the bug
Deploying a contract is listed in the tutorials as expecting a message to be logged to console. This does not occur.
To Reproduce
- Open https://play.flow.com/483b2f33-9e71-40aa-924a-2c5f0ead77aa
- Deploy the contract
- Observe the Log states "Welcome to the Playground!"
Expected behavior
The log should indicate the contract was deployed

Additional context
It looks like the browser page is being auto-refreshed on deployment, perhaps this is clearing the Log?
