Update Execution Result handling as per the latest changes in Cadence

This Cadence change will result in different execution results.
The Rosetta implementation needs to be updated to be able to continue to successfully consume execution results after this change is live on the network.

at the very least, this will require updating the version of cadence, though other changes may be required.

Cadence has been updated to the latest version (1.7.0) in PR #91 .
