Describe the bug

May be related to search replace.

Possible reproduction:

One thing that I think can influence the bug to happen more frequently is to edit the generated code manually (sometimes there's a small bug that is easier to fix by yourself than letting the AI to fix it) without stopping the server. I noted that most of the times it happened I edited the code before. Sometimes I edited the code and run two or three prompts without editing for then the error begin to appear.
