in commit: 88954ca fixed pop-up position problem in long page and this should work in release 1.4.0 b250be7#diff-02e42608d16624a3875d7fd948f1229060d0342c1c1759376e296d9eb25cb3ed

but in npm tarball the style is still absolute not fixed(see https://unpkg.com/mobile-select@1.4.0/dist/style/mobile-select.css)
