Connectors/API Ingestion - Support for Gitea / Self-Hosted Git Repositories

Hi Team, thanks for this great software!

I would like to request a connector for self-hosted Git platforms like Gitea. We use it for our internal company documents and currently have no way to ingest them.

I tried using the API, but the documents don't seem to link correctly to a document set, so our agent can't use them.

Could you please consider adding support for Gitea or allowing the GitHub connector to be pointed to a custom URL? Any existing workarounds would also be very helpful.
