Description

Currently, there is no way to view the RESTful API spec of any OPEA microservice without actually deploying that service. We should have a place to host the RESTful API spec to be viewed by the developers without the need to start the service itself.

The content of the RESTful API spec host should be dynamically populated based on the changes of OPEA microservice itself.
